From the first contact with one of the workers I knew that this company was going to be amazing. The gentleman (Carlos)that came to look at the roof immediately told me where the leak was before I could tell him. I had many questions due to me being a new home owner and the owner of the company (Brian) and Tony did not disappoint me or got frustrated. They went into thorough details with everything that was going to be done to my roof. They took pictures and videos from start to finish of the roof. My roof looks amazing and I am overall happy that I went with Madrids Contracting to get my roof fixed. Thank you to the amazing team Carlos and Gabriel, Tim and Derek for an amazing job.

I had damage to my kitchen where the prior contractor took short cuts. I interviewed several contractors to fix this problem, but Madrid's contracting had the most complete solution. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now. His workers are courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The work they do is spot on. I know this is supposed to stay just business but during the process, my wife's sister passed away. Mr. Madrid was kind and compassionate. He worked with us during our time of grief. Even though he had other projects, he scheduled us when WE were ready. Madrid's Contracting is one of those companies you will call years down the road for your next home renovation. Would I recommend them? Yes, Highly.

Brian and his team renovated one of our bathrooms and added a shower to our second bathroom plus a new closet. His team did excellent work in a very expedient manner. He uses quality materials and has excellent craftsmanship. He communicates well and works with you to make your vision come to reality. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Madrids Contracting renovating a double closet into a full bathroom and creating a new walk-in closet. Brian worked closely with us in the planning, considering our needs and requests and pivoting seamlessly when the job required it. Everyone on his crew was respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the work. His crew are true craftsmen from the tile work to matching existing wood tones on floors and doors. We are planning additional work and will definitely hire Madrids Contracting again.

Madrid Contracting did an exceptional job coordinating and installation of pre-purchased custom cabinetry and then proceeded renovating my entire kitchen! Their price was very good as well as their workmanship speaks for itself. As a retired Museum Designer, 30+ years, I have worked with some of the best carpentry, fabrication and installation professionals in the business and Madrid Contracting has top-notch professionals. Yes, I am extremely picky with my design background. I know what I want, and Madrids made it happen. I waited thirty years to get the heart of my home, my kitchen renovated so happy with the heavenly results. Brian Madrid not only listened to what I wanted but he gave me his opinion and design ideas/direction throughout the renovation process. He made sure the patterned granite sheet was perfection in the color and smoothness for my counter tops. He found a better price for the Luxury Vinyl flooring and immediately purchased it. I gave him a photo of the style banister (horizontal metal) that I wanted and when we couldn't find one comparable Madrids welded a custom banister themselves to fit my design, space and budget. Due to design layout issues by the cabinet company, Brian and his team jumped into action adjusting several cabinets to fit a tight space as well as adding 6 length to my wall to accommodate the layout. All the time keeping me within budget. The entire Madrid Contracting Team were professionals and they even worked keeping the house and walkways tidy during renovation. I am blown away by the heart of my home my new kitchen and I highly, Highly, recommend Madrid Contracting for all your remodel needs!
