I had damage to my kitchen where the prior contractor took short cuts. I interviewed several contractors to fix this problem, but Madrid's contracting had the most complete solution. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now. His workers are courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The work they do is spot on. I know this is supposed to stay just business but during the process, my wife's sister passed away. Mr. Madrid was kind and compassionate. He worked with us during our time of grief. Even though he had other projects, he scheduled us when WE were ready. Madrid's Contracting is one of those companies you will call years down the road for your next home renovation. Would I recommend them? Yes, Highly.

We had a great experience with Madrids Contracting renovating a double closet into a full bathroom and creating a new walk-in closet. Brian worked closely with us in the planning, considering our needs and requests and pivoting seamlessly when the job required it. Everyone on his crew was respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the work. His crew are true craftsmen from the tile work to matching existing wood tones on floors and doors. We are planning additional work and will definitely hire Madrids Contracting again.

Madrid personnel were polite, extremely knowledgeable after telling them my ideas and responsive in incorporating them in the overall design. Most importantly, their pricing was fair and their workmanship absolutely beautiful. I give them an eleven on a scale of one to ten!!!!!
